Ledaig Rioja Cask Finish Glenbrynth mint and molassesDESCRIPTION A permanent expression from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull, sold under their peated Ledaig name. Released in 2020 as the first whisky in the Sinclair Series, named after John Sinclair, a key figure in the distillery's founding. Made from heavily peated malt (around 3540ppm) and matured in ex bourbon casks before being finished in Spanish Rioja casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46. 3%. (Bottle size
